Terms of Use
Last updated: August 22, 2026
These terms cover using this website (the "Site") and its contact form. Aleon ("we," "us") provides website, social media, and AI-assisted customer communication services to small businesses in the Creston Valley, BC. By browsing this Site or submitting the contact form, you agree to the terms below.
Using this site
This Site is informational: it describes our services and lets you reach out to ask about them. Nothing on this Site is a binding offer or contract. Pricing shown is a starting point for a conversation, not a locked quote, since every business's situation is a little different.
The contact form
Submitting the contact form sends your message directly to Mark. It doesn't sign you up for anything, start a subscription, or authorize any charge. A real service agreement only begins once we've talked and you've explicitly agreed to it. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to the information you submit.
Accuracy of site content
We try to keep the information on this Site accurate and up to date, but service details, pricing, and availability can change. If anything here conflicts with what's agreed in an actual service conversation or written agreement with you, the direct agreement takes priority.
Intellectual property
The text, design, and branding on this Site belong to Aleon. You're welcome to link to it or share it, but please don't copy the site design or written content wholesale for another business.
No guarantee of results
Where this Site describes what our services can help with (answering missed calls, managing reviews, running social media, and so on), that's a description of the service, not a guarantee of a specific business outcome. Actual results depend on many factors outside our control.
Billing and cancellation
Once you've agreed to a service plan, billing is month to month with no long-term contract. There is no free trial and no refund policy: payments are final once a billing cycle has started. You can cancel any time with no cancellation fee by contacting Mark directly (see our contact details); cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle. On cancellation, any Google Business Profile manager access we hold is handed back or removed, and any phone number provisioned for you is released or ported per what we've agreed with you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Site and services evolve. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
