Do I need to learn any new software?
No. That's the whole point. We set everything up and run it for you. You'll just notice a better-looking website and social presence, more calls answered, and reviews that get a response.
Is this actually AI, or is a person doing this?
It's a real person (or two) using AI tools to work faster, not an unsupervised bot running your business. AI helps draft text-backs, review replies, social posts, and website content quickly and consistently, and we personally review everything before it goes out to make sure it sounds like your business. Nothing gets sent or published without a human checking it first.
What if I want to cancel?
No contract, no cancellation fee. Month to month, cancel any time.
I'm not very technical, will this be complicated to set up?
No. We do a short call or in-person visit to get your business details and access to your Google listing/phone system, and we handle the rest. Most businesses are set up within a week.
